When you make your first appointment, you will be invited to fill out the appropriate forms. This allows us to have a paperless, HIPPA regulated and touch~less encounter for all important documents.
AS of 2021, we will now be requiring a credit card to hold your appointment. If you cannot make
your scheduled appointment, please give us at least a 24 hour notice, call and leave a message
if you do not get a hold of anyone. A voice message within 24 hours of your appointment is
acceptable. If you miss an appointment, forget an appointment or cancel with less than a
24 hour notice you will be charged $50.
If the last minute cancellation is an emergency, the fee will be waived. We are reserving a specific time
for you, please be mindful. We have an extensive waiting list, so if you cannot make your appointment,
someone else may be able to take your place. If you are one of those on the waiting list, we
will call you as soon as we receive any cancellations. Our first priority is our patients and their care,
we know you value your appointments with us!
Please be mindful of wearing any strong smelling lotions, perfumes or cologne into the clinic.
Some of our patients have severe allergies to these products.

Most insurance is accepted. Please contact your insurance company to see if
Acupuncture is a covered benefit on your policy. If treatments are covered, there is usually
a co-pay or co-insurance due at the time of visit.
